Vietnamese intellectual products are recognized by the world, helping to develop the sport of pickleball.

The Pickleball World Federation (The PWF) in Washington DC (USA) and IGB Group of Vietnam have officially signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement online, marking an important step in developing and digitizing the sport of Pickleball on a global scale.

Under the agreement, The PWF will recognize members and grant membership codes to the VPickleball application of VPickleball Vietnam Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of IGB Group. At the same time, the two parties will coordinate to develop and deploy a comprehensive, scalable and user-friendly software platform (including a website and mobile application) to revolutionize the daily operations of The PWF.

IGB Group is one of Vietnam's strong enterprises pioneering in developing technology solutions for the fields of sports, tourism and entertainment.

The technology platform will be strategically aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs) and the goals of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). This is an important step in supporting The PWF’s “Pickleball Movement” and guiding the responsible development of the rapidly growing sport around the world.

The main cooperation contents between The PWF and IGB Group include: Building a professional tournament management software system, helping to organize Pickleball tournaments effectively and transparently; Developing a live scoring application (livescore) for international tournaments, helping audiences follow results in real time; Applying AI technology and Big Data to analyze tactics, athlete performance and support coaching; Creating a platform to connect the global Pickleball community through advanced technology products.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, PWF President James Combs shared: “The effective cooperation with IGB Group will help us take the sport of Pickleball to the next level, applying technology to expand and professionalize the tournament system, and at the same time attract more players globally.”

Representing IGB Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors Vu Xuan Nguyen emphasized: "With experience in developing technology platforms in the sports field, we believe that this cooperation will contribute to making Pickleball a more attractive sport, reaching more widely to the sports-loving community around the world."
