Prime Minister approves Software Park No. 2 in the expansion of Da Nang Concentrated Information Technology Park

Whereby, Prime minister Goverment Decision approving the expansion of the Software Park Concentrated Information Technology Park Da Nang with a total land area of ​​28.573m² Location: Thuan Phuoc ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city.

The scope of expansion of the Danang Software Park Concentrated Information Technology Park is determined in Decision No. 4179/QD-UBND dated September 17, 9 of the Danang City People's Committee approving the 2019/1 scale construction plan of Danang Software Park No. 500.

Danang Software Park No. 2 ensures implementation of the functions and tasks of a concentrated information technology park.

Enterprises implementing projects in the field of information technology investing in Software Park No. 2 are entitled to incentives prescribed in Decree No. 154 of the Government and other preferential policies applicable to concentrated information technology parks according to the provisions of law.

The initial total investment of the Danang Software Park No. 2 Project was 799 billion VND. During the construction process, the project was supplemented with 186 billion VND, bringing the total investment to more than 986 billion VND.

This project includes a 20-storey ICT office building; an 8-storey ICT1 office building; an 8-storey ICT8 office building combined with a cafe; and a system of yards, internal traffic, green landscapes, and synchronous technical infrastructure systems...

To date, Da Nang has 2.450 digital technology enterprises, an average of 2,3 technology enterprises/1.000 people, ranking 2nd nationwide and 3 times higher than the national average; has 46.000 digital technology workers.
