September 25, inauguration of Vietnam C9IR at the City High-Tech Park Ho Chi MinhAttending the inauguration ceremony were Prime minister Goverment Pham Minh Chinh; Member of the Ministry Politic – Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen; Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai; Deputy Minister Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Hang, and representatives of leaders of ministries and branches.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and ministries and branches attended the inauguration ceremony of Vietnam C4IR.
Vietnam C4IR is part of the Forum's global network. Economy world (WEF). Thereby, strengthening cooperation with international C4IR Centers to support policies in breakthrough fields of Ho Chi Minh City in line with the country's orientation and international trends.

Vietnam C4IR is responsible for piloting national industrial policies, promoting economic transformation in the fourth industrial revolution. Vietnam C4.0IR is associated with the fields of semiconductor technology, biotechnology, new materials, drones, artificial intelligence, IOT, etc., creating new momentum to promote sustainable development for Ho Chi Minh City, the Southeast region and the whole country in the coming time.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highly appreciated Ho Chi Minh City's efforts in quickly implementing Vietnam C4IR based on Vietnam's first public-private partnership initiative.

“Vietnam C4IR was born to respond to the 4.0 industrial revolution in line with the context of modernization - industrialization; the practical needs of national development in the new period, deep integration in the field of science and technology, demonstrating the pioneering role of Ho Chi Minh City, expressing the aspiration for national pride, dynamism and creativity; affirming the close relationship with WEF. Therefore, Vietnam C4IR needs to be autonomous, creative, and operate effectively; have priority development policies and favorable operating mechanisms to respond to the new situation; at the same time, founders and businesses need to join hands to support infrastructure, finance, and administration so that the center can operate more effectively in the coming time,” Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized.
The Prime Minister also sent 20 "golden words" to Vietnam C4IR: "Pioneering, cooperating, connecting, digitalizing, greening, practical, effective, spreading, for the country, for the people".

At the ceremony, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai pledged to promote the effectiveness of Vietnam C4IR's operations; to apply creativity and promptly establish an operational framework and regulations so that Vietnam C4IR can have its first activity organized this year as expected by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao - Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank), representative of the co-founding member of Vietnam C4IR said that HDBank and its partners have soon put into operation the Galaxy Innovation Hub. This is a cooperation destination for many multinational technology corporations, such as: Nidec and Nipro (Japan); Samsung (South Korea); Intel, Facebook and Google (USA). In addition, the Aviation Technology Center of the Aviation Academy vietjet has cooperated with Airbus, helping to train more than 50.000 students/year, aiming to become a regional-scale aircraft technical service center.
