Hanoi expands the "Digital Capital Citizen" platform
The upgrade and expansion aim to make iHanoi the city's only centralized social networking application platform to better serve people and businesses in the city. Ha Noi.
Specifically, the expansion to achieve 6 goals: 100% of people over 15 years old using phones can access and use the application; 100% of people's feedback is received and processed promptly; 100% of officials and civil servants of state agencies at all levels are proficient in using iHanoi to provide good support to people and businesses; the rate of people and businesses using iHanoi increases by at least 30%/year; 100% of user data is secured; at least 30% of services and utilities on iHanoi are integrated with AI to support management, operation and service for people and businesses in Hanoi.
Accordingly, in the fourth quarter of 2024, Hanoi will develop a plan, register capital sources and budget to implement the plan. Specifically, Hanoi will survey, assess needs, analyze data to have a specific plan to develop, upgrade and expand the iHanoi application - the plan will be developed in the month January 2025.
In the first quarter of 2025, develop a proposal for level 3 information security for the iHanoi platform and submit it to the City People's Committee for approval, and at the same time organize the selection of service providers.
