On the afternoon of January 16, the People's Committee of Ba Dinh district held the opening ceremony and officially put into operation the "Data Management, Synthesis and Analysis Center".
At the opening ceremony, Chairman of Ba Dinh District People's Committee Ta Nam Chien said that the center was built with the clear goal of "creating a powerful support tool in the direction and operation work, aiming to improve transparency, efficiency and accuracy in the management and supervision of activities in the district".

In recent times, Ba Dinh has proactively deployed and built the district's database, creating a foundation for exploitation and management through the implementation of projects such as: building a website to serve socio-economic development; deploying the digitization of civil status data and digitizing records and documents of specialized departments, offices, and People's Committees of wards; applying AI technology, building, installing and mobilizing camera systems of local people to serve the monitoring of security, order, urban order and environmental sanitation...
Emphasizing that the center is one of the important tools to promote comprehensive digital transformation in all aspects of social life, Chairman of Ba Dinh District People's Committee Ta Nam Chien requested departments, offices and units to coordinate closely in collecting, processing and providing data accurately and consistently; updating data regularly and on time is not only a task, but also an important responsibility of each cadre and civil servant.
In the coming time, the district will continue to invest in technology and upgrade the system to best support the process of data collection and management. At the same time, it will organize training programs to improve professional capacity for officials and civil servants in the field of data and digital transformation as well as closely monitor data quality from departments and offices, promptly handling arising issues.
