NDO – FPT will deploy an Offshore Development Center, providing cost-optimized and scalable solutions for German clean energy company RWE.
ftp extension has signed a five-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) with RWE, cementing the long-term partnership between the two companies. The agreement aims to drive technological innovation, operational optimization and sustainable growth, supporting RWE in expanding its IT/OT management, renewable energy and data-driven solutions.
The signing ceremony was held in Essen, Germany, marking a new step forward in the cooperation between the two parties. Accordingly, FPT will deploy an Offshore Development Center, providing cost-optimized and scalable solutions to meet RWE's growing needs.
At the same time, FPT will also establish a local Center of Excellence, focusing on providing PMO consulting and management services.
Through this enhanced collaboration, FPT and RWE will advance their shared vision of green energy transition. The Product and Solution Development Center will support RWE in scaling up resources efficiently, providing tailored solutions and optimizing scalability.
Meanwhile, the Resource Development Center will promote consulting services and implement PMO process automation, contributing to improving operational efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
In addition, FPT also accompanies RWE in expanding its business activities into the fields of information technology and operations management (IT/OT), renewable energy, and developing advanced data and AI solutions, supporting RWE to maintain its leading position in innovation and sustainable development.
The agreement will also strengthen the partnership between FPT and RWE by supporting the RWE Academy, implementing recognition programs for key experts, and investing in innovation initiatives focused on AI and automation.
These efforts affirm FPT's commitment to accompany RWE in development, building a learning culture, promoting innovation and being ready to adapt to future changes.

RWE is one of the leading companies in the journey of developing clean energy with the “Growing Green” strategy committed to reducing carbon emissions according to the roadmap, contributing to keeping the global temperature increase not exceeding 1.5 degrees Celsius.
RWE has invested billions of euros to expand its power generation portfolio, with a particular focus on energy sources such as offshore wind, onshore wind, solar power and battery storage. RWE is working towards a complete coal phase-out by 2030 and a target of net zero emissions by 2040.
