Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huy Dung.

Agriculture commune; traceability.
Implementation roadmap, phase 1 (quarters I and II/2025) digitizing and assigning growing area codes; phase 2 (quarters III-2025 and quarter I-2026) standardizing processes and developing value chains; phase 3 (quarter II to quarter IV/2026) expanding and optimizing.
