[Myanmar] Presales Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales team to architect technical solutions that align with systems and business requirements of customers.
Proactively analyze customer requirements, identify technical gaps, and recommend solutions that maximize business value.
Collaborate closely with vendors, sales, and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customers' business and technical needs.
Identify customer needs and understand the business issues driving technical requirements.
Work with channel partners throughout the sales cycle to develop and deliver appropriate solutions.
Provide technical leadership and support to Sales by coordinating activities among customers, partners, and vendors.
Respond promptly to technical pre-sales inquiries, requests for information, and requests for proposals.
Provide remote and on-site support for Proof of Concept (POC) or Proof of Value (POV) implementation and evaluation.
Deliver technical training and presentations to help identify and develop business opportunities.
Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
Participate in product, sales, technical, and certification training to maintain a high level of technical expertise.
Support implementation projects to ensure delivery fully meets proposed scopes of works and identify opportunities to offer new services.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

2. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Good command of English with strong communication and presentation skills.
At least 3 years of pre-sales experience working directly with customers and partners.
Previous experience as a Pre-sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Sales Engineer in a system infrastructure, database, or IT solutions company.
Strong knowledge of servers, storage systems, and enterprise infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies is preferred: Server, Storage, Backup solutions, Virtualization, Linux/Unix, Oracle database.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
